Transition Phase

PHASE 3: Program Transition (2 years):

During Phase III, program leadership fully transitions to the Palikas, typically requiring an average of two years for completion. We downsize our staff to one person who maintains regular contact with the local Palikas, health offices, trainees, and birthing centers, offering technical support as necessary.

In 2022, there will be 4 district in Phase III representing a program catchment area of 36 Palikas, a population of 722,365 and 18,253 annual pregnancies.
