Post program completion (6+ years), OHW assesses program impact via an external endline assessment. Our central team also collects annual KPIs to monitor long-term program impact and sustainability in our completed districts through reviews of service utilization statistics and close contacts with local authorities. They also conduct a few random visits to upgraded birthing centers to ensure service readiness is maintained post program completion.
